The role:
Our Project-Portfolio Coordinator is a key role within our business, coordinating successful project and programme delivery. Working closely with our Portfolio Business Partners and Project and Programme Managers, you will help support efficient and high-quality project, programme, and/or portfolio (P3) management across DairyNZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside Portfolio Business Partners & Project and Programme Managers to support the P3 management process.
- Provide coordination support to specified projects, programmes and to the Project Portfolio Office (PPO).
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, project compliance, contract administration and information management.
- Coordinate internal and external P3 meetings and workshops.
About You:
This role requires a highly organised, collaborative and inquisitive person who understands the value in good process for P3 management. Sound project management understanding combined with your attention to detail, problem solving, and ability to communicate well in all forums and formats is a must for this role.
DairyNZ operates under a matrix structure, so you will be great at building new relationships and networks with a wide range of people. We are a full Microsoft 365 environment, so experience with SharePoint and Teams would be an advantage.
