About the role:

As the Dynamics 365 Specialist at DairyNZ, you will ensure the full utilisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications suite (CRM, Finance, & HR), including support of the applications and implementing any required enhancements.  As the technical specialist for these applications, you will be the primary contact for the business to request assistance and will manage the delivery of any changes in consultation with our vendors.

This role sits in the Digital Technology Team based in the Newstead office near Hamilton. However, a flexible/hybrid working model will be considered for the right candidate.  

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in either functional or technical development of D365 CE/CRM solutions. Your experience will extend to configuring, developing, and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations (CRM, Finance, & HR).

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting a wide range of applications to compliment your tertiary qualification in Information & Communications Technology and relevant MS fundamental/associate level certifications for Dynamics 365.

You will be committed to providing high quality and excellent internal customer service with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate/Power Platform, Logic Apps, LMS365, Resco, ClickDimensions, Azure DevOps, TM1
• Industry certification relevant to the role e.g. ITIL
• The ability to support and guide internal customers to get the full value and functionality out of applications.
