Your opportunity  

Dairy Training is on a journey of transformation and growth. We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications practitioner who wants to be a part of a high-performing team.  

Although you will be responsible for leading both the strategy and execution of all marketing and communications initiatives for Dairy Training, this role sits within DairyNZ’s Farmer Communications and Marketing team, and plays a pivotal part in growing brand awareness, increasing course enrolments, and helping the business achieve its growth ambitions. 

This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing and communications in a purpose-driven organisation that’s helping grow and advance the skills of NZ dairy farmers. With strong partnerships and a brand ready to evolve, you’ll make a tangible difference to New Zealand’s dairy sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing strategy & planning 

• Campaign execution and content creation 

• Brand and rebrand management 

• Digital marketing and website management 

• Stakeholder and channel coordination 

About You: 

You will have a strong background in brand strategy, digital campaigns and multi-channel execution. You write well, communicate clearly, and have experience working with creative and media agencies. 

Strategic yet hands-on, you’re organised, detail-oriented and thrive in collaborative environments. Our ideal candidate is curious, creative, and will bring knowledge of the dairy or vocational education sectors.
