- Scheduling HS&W Committee meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking actions.
- Assisting with incident reporting, compliance checks, and ACC documentation.
- Supporting HS&W communications and learning module development.
About you - You’ll be an experienced administrator or coordinator who thrives on keeping things organised, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll be tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills, quick to learn new systems, and confident dealing with sensitive information. Most importantly, you’ll bring a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships across the organisation.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A diploma-level qualification in health and safety, administration, or business studies (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in a busy coordination or administration role.
- Knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
